Unable to open front trunk. New 2014 RTS Se6.

Any suggestions? We are totally new to the Spyder. Bought a 2014 RTS SE6 yesterday, put only 65 miles on it. Thankfully we took the manual out of the front trunk before we closed it while showing it to someone. Since we closed it we have been unable to open it. Key will open the seat for gas, but nothing happens when turned to open the front trunk. ???

there is a key switch problem with some of the 14 's so wiggle and push the key in and out, than call your dealer with the vin number and see if your bike is one that needs the key switch replaced. they just replaced mine

My frunk was hard to open too when I first bought my 14. I did this to open. Push down hard on the frunk while turning the key to the left. Opened right up for me. :yes:

Try having someone push down (lightly) on it, while you turn the key...
