Ultra touring windshield problem

I have the ultra touring windshield on my ST-S and it will not stay in the full upright position. Over the weekend I had to pull it up about 50 times if you go over a bump in the road it would slide back down in the 4th or 3rd position. Is there any adjustment to make it stay in the upper height position?

I called Ingles today and they are going to call the factory. I will hear tomorrow when i go in for my 600 mile checkup.

Nice picture! :2thumbs: I'm pretty sure that Jim will have several large hammers that we could use to "seat it" a bit more persuasively on Sunday! :shocked: :roflblack:
