I have an Ultimate Tall Boy seat on my 2012 RT-S with drivers backrest. I love the seat. It's very comfortable. The issue I have is that I finally was able to ride 2 up over the weekend. I had to take the backrest off so my wife could fit comfortably. The 2" difference in driver room takes away from the passenger, thus causing me to remove the backrest to ride. This has made a fairly uncomfortable ride for the driver (me) for the distance that we rode. I'm thinking of putting my OEM seat back on and getting a back rest for that seat which would then push me further forward. I'm also thinking about getting the Ultimate passenger backrest hoping that that makes up for the 2" driver difference by moving the passenger back. I am also considering taking the passenger backrest to a seat specialty shop to have the foam resized to move the passenger back. Has anyone had the same experience? Any suggestions?
