Ultimate Seats 2012 Install Issues

Hello,

I tried installing Ultimate Seats today and have ran into a problem.

- When the seat latches I can pull on the left side and un latch it plus it becomes really loose. http://videobam.com/SBcay
- There is a small black square bracket on the Ultimate seat but no the stock one?? (See Picture)

This is just a wild guess ....

Just a guess but I am betting you are doing something wrong... re-read the instructions you must have missed something.

It might be the steel plunger pointy thingy that goes into the latch. It's length is adjustable and will make a difference on how well it will lock down.

How far should it be screwed in?

The pin on the seat is adjustable front and rear about one inch also it adjusts in and out once u have the alignment correct front to reat than the pin should be down so the seat clicks and locks if not loosen the nut and back out the pin to the left until u hear it lock.

Thanks. I got everything fixed. Sadly I had to return the seat. Got the Low Rider and it's way far up for me. Exchange for the mid rider
