Ultimate for RT

Whilst ordering Ultimate Low Rider for SWMBOs 08 SM5, Libby (of Ultimate) told me that they should have a seat for the RT sometime this spring. I promptly volunteered to be a test pilot. Great folks to work with.

Didn't get much. Do know they are considering a gas door and wider seat pan.

No one in their right mind would offer a seat without a gas door?

I would not consider a new seat without the gas door. Ultimate would have to know that. I have their back rest...top quality and matches my OEM seat. Great product.

Fencepost and I love Ultimate seats. We both had them on previous bikes. They really do the job for lower back support. The gas door is a must on any seat.

I can't wait for Spring to see the new seats. I want one! Would be nice with gas door too. Will get one even if not....

We'll be going to Daytona for nascar in February and going to stop to check out the Ultimate folks and the corbin. Will let you know what we discover. I'm look to replace the seat on my 2011 limited and on hubby's 2 wheeler.

Ulltimate

Had the full Ultimate seating system (Lo-Boy) on my '08 Honda VTX1800T which I sold while buying an 2012 RT Ltd. The Ultimate on the VTX solved all comfort issues and I'd gladly get one for the RT, sight unseen.
I do have to say that the 'comfort' seat on the RT has none of the issues I had with the stock seat on the VTX.
Folks at Ultimate are very responsive and great to work with.
