• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

UHaul

Leaving from Columbia heading to Maggie Valley on Friday morning. Here is my questions: Have anyone ever used the 6x12 open trailer from UHaul? Did your spyder fit oK? Really wanted to go with the closed trailer but I'm concerned about loading and unloading. It has a short or no ramp? I welcome all comments.

inside demensions

better check the inside width as I checked for my RT its 2 to 4 inches too small I checked online for the inside opening and it said its 5'2" and that's too small for a rt but let me know if you find some thing else to work ?

Securely fasten a 2x12 to the trailer for the Spyders rear. Use another for loading. But don't tell the U-Haul guy what you're going to do.

Half kidding and half serious.

It is doable.

Will Need ramps

If you rent the one that looks like a tailgate this will work. You will need three ramps I used car ramps two weeks ago.

My wife has a RT, we had to drive up ramps half way then slide middle ramp down from inside the trailer . If you do not front end will hit middle ramp. Towed 5hrs no problems just take your time loading. You should have about 4" each side so go slow driving up ramps.
