Two things I cannot find

I have a new RT-S (for about a week) and cannot find the tool kit I am told should be under the seat. Where should I be looking?

Also, I have NY EZ Pass and went online to change the vehicle associated with the device from the motorcycle I traded in to my new ride. But I do not find BRP or Can-Am in the list of manufacturers. This list includes every imaginable car and motorcycle manufacturer. Is there another name I should be looking for. Any suggestions?

The tool kit is strapped to the underside of the seat, I believe it is on the right side of the seat. As for the EZ pass my suggestion would be if they don't have you listed then you don't exist so you should be free!

Not sure about the EZ Pass but the tool kit should be velcroed up under the seat on the seat pan.

Little checking..!!

try the frunk for the tools or other compartments. They may have moved it. Also check Bombadier (sp) if not call...:thumbup:

Had the Same Problem

Here's a diagram of where to look for the tool kit. It's from the Utilities page of the 2015 RTS parts manual. Look specifically at the underside of the seat pan where the passenger's right cheek sits.

:agree: Sort of back near where they've mounted the brake fluid reservoirs.
E-ZPass? When I was registering my bike; I think that I was able to type something into that field.
Try that.

Why worry about EZ-Pass? As long as it's already registered to you for a motorcycle, does it really matter?

Can't find mine either

I haven't been able to locate my tool kit either. :banghead: I called the dealer and he tells me to look under the seat. I've checked every possible place under there. I even got intimate with the bottom of my seat when I installed my Utopia back rest, and didn't see it then. I'm riding up there in a couple of days for my 3,000 mile service and I'm going to have him point to where it is.

If it's not tucked up under the seat... (Right hand side; to the rear...), then your dealer owes you a toolkit! :gaah:
Tell him that you need it for all of the time spent waiting for your riding buddies to catch up with you... you need to be able to "tinker" on your bike during these long gaps in your riding! :2thumbs:

The tool kit is there, but should come with a warning. DON"t Touch , DON'T Remove. I removed one from one of my two wheelers many years ago and from that day on it was nothing but trouble. Ofcoarse the bike was built buy a Bowling Ball Company. (AMF Harley) after I removed it from my life I never touched the tool kits in any other of the Bikes I owned.

I'm with Pampurrs on this one. A cold glass of Iced Tea and a nice shade tree and watch the Wrenches Fly. lol
