• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Two Brothers TUner Kit

Well I am disappointed. Anyone that has taken the Tupperware off their Spyder can relate. I have our RT all apart today to install the Tuner Kit and some HID's and a few odds and ends...

Opened the Tuner Box... Clearly says 2010 RT on it... Only they included the RS Air Filter (K&N part # cm-9908), not the one I need for the RT. And of course I already removed the original filter. I found the issue when I did one of my "Muscle memory" items and lined the two filters up before attempting to install it. The RS filter is one inch longer and about 1/2" shallower...

To say I am disappointed in a $400 kit that includes an incorrect part (Not to mention one of the two that actually matters) is an understatement. And like most smaller companies. They are not open, and my dealer does not carry them in stock. :chill::mad:

So the lesson learned it seems here... Before attempting to install anything from TB, verify the part numbers on the airfilters first.

Well I am back. FYI. According to Two Brothers this kit DOES NOT include a filter.

Even though every single form of literature on the planet that they offer says the kit includes a Bro Filter (Even their website still says so this morning).

So we pay for a high priced kit that cost about the same as if you pieced it together yourself (Not counting filter, just the tuner and two tips are the same ish price as the kit). What was a good deal and getting a free filter just like the RS kit we purchased a few months ago, is NOT for the RT. Unless you want a free T-shirt or key chain for your troubles... Just buy the Tuner and your filter @ ESI...

Yesterday I was OK with it. Today I am not. I only purchased the kit because I wanted the filter. I have no need for the tips.:cus:

Might sell the RS filter and tips and put that money towards the ESI filter...

:hun: What is Two Brothers Customer Support response to this??? If they give you an RS filter when they clearly state the kit is for an RT, they need to make up for this!!

I posted a thread earlier (about a month ago) that said TB Juice box will not fit the new 2011's model and TB said it would be at least 3 mons before they would have one that will fit and they are still selling it that it will. So if you want to buy from TB make sure it's for the current model.:gaah:

That is the response from TB Customer Service. Granted I am a big boy, and I really like their products. But am not to happy about it at the moment.

They asked what do I want to do. I said there is nothing they can do as they have no filter :dontknow:

I remember your thread. Even their box says it is for the 2010 & 2011 RT.

The Juice Box fits just fins and operates nicely on our 2010 RT-S, so I cannot comment about the 2011 experience...

In this case they Advertize on their Can Am RT Top Tune page it includes a Filter. Yet now they say on the phone it does not and never has...

Mistakes happen, but come on man. This has been offered for sale for well over a year. Either the CS rep was full of hot air, or I am the first one to buy this Top Tune kit from them and question it. :dontknow:

So r u guys saying that the 2011 rt's are different then the 2010's for the juicevox pros?

That the system has changed that much? Other then the hot engine hold throttle bodies close on 2011 Didnt think much else different
