• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Two Brothers Duals

GA-SPYDER

New member
Stoped by a dealer in Danville, VA today to buy an oil filter and related parts. They had a :spyder:sitting outside with the 2 Bros. dual with no baffles. Asked the guy if I could hear it, went outside and started it up, and, :yikes::yikes:. Started mine up a while back without the muffler. Sounded about the same!
I have been following all of the various threads about aftermarket exhaust, beating a dead horse, :bdh:, etc. I love using that one:roflblack:. The first time I saw it, I thought it was a cow.......
Anyway, where was I? I feel pretty confident that the 2 Bros. is out.:yikes:
Man, that sucker was LOUD!
Short poll: the next ten post to this with the majority recomendation is going to be my next purchase.
GO FOR IT!

I bought my Spyder at Triangle Cycles in Danville too. They was working on my Spyder there a while back and it got passed lunch time and the owner of Triangle told the salesperson to let me use the silver demo Spyder to get some lunch. So of course I took it for a ride and yes it is LOUD! No baffels at all! It have a blip(like a Harley) when you change gears.
No I'm not getting a TB pipes too LOUD. Rode it about an hour and no law!!

OH by the way were you lost? :helpsmilie::yikes:
I'm about 25 miles south of there. I'll be up there next Tuesday when they open at 9:00AM to have the 9000 service and upgrade done on my wifes Spyder. I'll take mine in Wednesday for my 9000 service. If you're still around then stop by and say hello. Maybe I can talk Rusty(owner) into letting me ride the silver demo some with you!

Boy, must be nice. Being close to a dealer that will actually work on your Spyder. I've got one about five miles from the house, droped mine off to get the steering recall done and look at a slight missing problem. Spyder sat at the dealer for two weeks. Never touched it. Called them and they told me they didn't know when they could and to come get it.
Anyway, I am in Danville for two weeks, working. Sat around all day today and wished that I had either the Spyder or the M109, something to ride.
