• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

3 hour trek to the dealer?

Granted dealers are sparse in your neck of the woods but I did a quick check of the area and would another dealer perhaps give you a faster turn-around?

On a personal note...I'd be fairly pissed if the dealer I just bought one of these nice expensive toys from gave me any run around about this problem so soon off the showroom floor. :mad: I'd give them a fair chance to make it right...then if not satisfied up the food chain I'd go.
 
I'm very happy to say that last night I was able to get my Spyder started, so I'm up and going once again. :yes::yes::yes:
Thanks go out to all who help me get through this--I did learn a lot from the experiance. Oh, and the problem was:
It was probably vapor locked to start out with, but while checking out the fuses, it seems as though I did not get the ignition coil fuse back in it's proper position.:dontknow: Case closed!
