• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trying to Switch off BT Helmet To use the Speakers? Help!?

I have given up on using my helmet and cell thru bluetooth on the bike. No loss really. However, I have tried to switch back to speakers but it just keeps telling me to switch off the bluetooth. I have gone over pages 32-35 of the owners manual repeatedly but can't get it to work. Ant suggestions?

Have you pressed the Source button? Another thing you could do is delete the bluetooth connection to your headset. You can always re-pair it. The issue I have with my HJC-20b is that I have to connect it almost every time I ride when I want to listen to the radio in the helmet speakers. Now that I know however, it's not that bad. Just an annoyance.

Might have to tell multiple devices to forget others & just pair what want to use separate & with other device off, hopefully won’t try to interrupt pairing. Good luck

I’m guessing you tried the speaker/headset button in the small Sutton set? Or there is a audio out choice in the menu.

BTW - You should not have the heat paired directly to the phone, just to the bike. Prevents Bluetooth confusion.

Spyders require your cell phone and helmet be connected to the Spyder only. And by the way, that is not written anywhere. If you have your cell phone also connected to your helmet, Bluetooth goes crazy and does not know how to prioritize the signals. I struggled for weeks getting anything to work until I did this. Now BRP GO and Bluetooth music work perfectly. I hope this is what helps you
