There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Trying to pre-plan custom decals - anyone have these measurements for a 2024 RT Ltd?

I will be upgrading to a 2024 RT Limited this Friday and am trying to pre-plan out my own custom decals (I did this to my 2018). Does anyone have the measurements (height and length) of the front hood; side and top of saddlebag; and top part of back storage?

You might check with "Wrap My Spyder" or buy a "Tape Measure"!

I have a 2024 Spyder RT Sea2Sky, which I believe is physically the same. I'll be glad to take measurements, although I don't think it's going to be as simple as you think. I'm going to attach a picture of mine, which is a 2024 Vegas White Satin Sea2Sky.

You can see that the saddle bags are oddly shaped, as is the top case.
And I've attached a picture of the frunk hood, which is shaped like a shield, and is not flat.

Let me know which parts you want measured and I'll do the best I can.

Thank you so much, what you are showing is perfect. Just the height and length. These are photos from my current (and soon to be traded in Spyder). Trying to do the same thing with newer images on my new one.

Okay, I've got pictures of the various panels and am about to go take measurements to go with each of the pictures.
Since the panels are all odd shapes, the sizes are going to need descriptions.

I was going to attach the pictures in a .ZIP file, but it says the ZIP file is too large. Let me try something different.

Okay, I've inserted all of the pictures as thumbnails. Clicking on each picture will open a larger view.
If you hover your mouse over the picture it will give you the name of the picture. That's important, as that's what I'll be using to identify the dimensions.

That's quite an impressively wrapped Spyder. Considering the expense of having wraps created for your new roadster, as well as from an artistic perception, of which I am ignorant in both respects, have you considered contacting Sue Hopper, (319) 750-0814, [email protected], to see what she might suggest for your new artistic venture? I do not know Sue personally but have seen her work and it is striking. I am helping a relative of a late friend who is faced with the task of selling the friend's significantly personalized RT.

If you are referring to my 2018, that was not a wrap job, those were individual decals that I had to create and/or modify, cut, word, and apply myself (the wording on both sides alone was over a months work). I will be doing it to my new Spyder, with some upgraded or newer images. Still narrowing down the vinyl until I see my new RT in person (it's supposed to be a matte black finish). I am leaning towards a brushed silver and gold finish to stand out.

Thank you so so so so much!!! Good luck with yours. I dropped off my 2018 last week for the major recall repair and they are supposed to put it on their website or on the floor for sale once it's done and the paperwork processed as a trade in. I was told they would probably sell it as is, with all decal work on it (I certainly wasn't going to offer to take it off! 😬).

My pleasure, and we'll want to see pictures of your new ride, once she's all decked out, of course. 🇺🇸

I'm sure there may be some potential buyers who will frown and walk away from it, and also some who will be drawn to it.
And I'm sure they'll bump the price for all of the "custom art work" on it. 🤣

Please understand that I am not in any way, shape, or form attempting to talk you out of your plan, but I have read of automobile owners who procured new vehicles with matte finishes, and when something went wrong, the "aw, ****" factor came out in spades. Matte finishes are creatures of their own particular character, totally unlike gloss finishes.
