• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trunk sping

More like the James Bond's Aston-Martin passenger seat... (remember those movies...?)
I acually still have a Corgi model of that car. (The gold Aston MArtin DB5)
It has an ejector seat and a bullet proof rear shield and machine guns in the front.

I think I would like the machine guns on the front of my spyder (when I get it) Way better than a train horn!

Trunk latch

The trunk on my RTS doesn't close properly. It doesn't seem to "latch". I've tried alligning the top correctly and it still doesn't close properly. Any suggestions?

Seems to be a common problem. I've seen it a few times now. The latch can be adjusted so it works better. If you can't get it, ask the dealer to adjust it for you. The bearclaw latch is slotted front and back, so can not only be raised and lowered, but tilted either way. Seems to need the front raised fairly high, with the tight new gaskets and the trunk liner. The rear may have to be higher, too, to move the claw opening forward, or lower to move it back. A little grease will help a lot. I prefer non-staining silicone grease for this. One last hint. With all the tight rubber seals, the storage compartments need to be closed, then pushed firmly to latch. The airtight seals fight back a bit. You don't just slam these or drop the front lid closed, like on the RS.
