• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

does anyone have a hole layout pattern for the trunk rack? that they would share with me.it for a 2012 rts.

Which trunk rack? BRP doesn't make one, and there are multiple aftermarket units. Each would mount differently.

I just need to know where I can put the holes in the trunk I,m makeing my own rack.I just don,t
want to put the hole in a bad space.

Diamond R Chrome Truck Rack

Save yourself some trouble and aggravation. Buy one from Diamond R Accessories! They have 2 or 3 types to choose from. Depending on your own design as to where you drill the holes.

In my humble opinion, I agree with the above. Go with a rack design that has been proven. I have a different rack ( DR were not out yet), but like the Diamond R. They may cost, but probably are cheaper then a a new trunk skin.

Sometimes it is not about the cost. I do thing because it is a pleasure to build my own things. ;) I am in the process of making a beverage carrier. Will not be less costly:shocked:

Remove the outside of the trunk lid, and you can see what you are getting yourself into. The outer lid screws on from the inside of the trunk.

thank you for all the info. I am building one out of white Oak,I took the trunk skin off I now know where to put the holes. want it to match my floorboards. I like to make my own stuff.
