Trunk lights

Hi,

I am convinced I saw what looked like LED strip lights turn,tail and stop in a strip that mounts under the lip of the trunk lid.

These were not the ones that mount just below the lid, but actually in the recess so when the trunk is closed and the lights off they are virtually invisible.

I have searched and cannot find all I get is the strip that sticks below the trunk lid.

Any hel;p appreciated

You might be thinking about the ones from TricLeds... I think that they mount in the channel...

I found 'em... go to the Tricplate site, then up on top you'll find a link to Tricleds, then hit the Spyder RT link and they're in there... :thumbup:

I have the lights and they are outstanding. I installed the lights in less than an hour.

:agree:This was well worth the effort; really accentuates the back of the RT. The instructions are both clear and easily followed in short order. reat product!

My thoughts were that the ESI HMT light mounted much higher for better visibility and nicely filled in the void in the trunk but I really like the looks of the TRIC Products brake light kit. It mounts lower but wraps around nicely and the turn signals have great visibility from the side. Do you think it would be overkill to install both products and lastly is the electrical system capable of safely running both.

I have both, but I only have the HMT as a brake light.
