TricLEDS Reggy is customer service on steroids...

My back story is..Reggy added more of his awesome lights to Ms Spyder at Spyderfest 2013 BUT shortly after SF the dreaded evil lite gremlin :gaah: created a short which one nite drained my battery (as a side nite that turned into a big blessing!!another story)..so in talking to Reggy since I was coming to his area he said no problem I will just order in all new lites and fix when you show up..Thursday Reggy says lites not here. Hung up at customs but I've been :banghead: trying to figure out why this happened..I'll be at your motel early Friday and see what gives .. So he got Steve and together they spent all day and late afternoon return Ms Spyder all lite up..looking GREAT. Reggy is leading a group ryde sat am so we arrange to go to breakfast and.then the ryde to Marathon. I am a very pleased customer..so head to beach for a couple hours of pure joy watching people...
OK HERE IS THE REAL STORY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
about 8 pm my phone text says...:banghead: Ahhhhh lites showed up...I respond hey I'm good..Reggy comes back he isn't..tells me after he does parent duty he will come get and switch out the lites. I went to bed 10ish. Spyder still here. Get up 5am Spyder still here BUT this Spyder is the new improved model...so any ? Why Reggy gets :firstplace::firstplace::yes::yes::thumbup::thumbup: Customer service and all around special guy reward...so I get to go on Reggy led group ryde all TricLEDS out,,, thanks so much Reggy (and Steve :bowdown

That is awesome. You'll have to take a picture of your Spyder at night so we can see all the new lights.
