• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

not such a good experience

Figured I would try Tricled so I ordered from tricled and they sent the WRONG lights to me, phoned Cindy and she was going to send out the right lights BUT they were back ordered?? huh go figure said she will have them in a week and will send them out still haven't heard from Cindy and haven't recieved anything in the mail?? Had better experience with the other LED company!!!!

Hello, I just want to follow up on this.. I didn't not ignore or forget your order. It is still on backorder as our shipments are delayed. We really have no stock for the RT and F3/T Rear saddlebag run/brake/turn. We also still have pending orders to fill.
We expedited more shipment and tentative is Wednesday 4/19/17.

As discussed over the phone, it was my mistake of sending you the incorrect item and I apologized for that. Honest mistake happened and I'm trying my best to correct the issue for you.
One I received the saddlebag R/B/T, I will ship them with Express international, which you should receive within 3-4 business day to Canada (if no customs delay), along with $50 refund to your purchase.
If you prefer to cancel this item, please let me know and I'll issue refund right away.

I hope this will rectify the situation. We at Tricled are doing our best to provide great customer service to all customers. But unfortunately mistakes happens, and we experience delays that is out of our control.
