Last fall when i was having my new Spyder 2014 rtse6 put together the way i wanted it, i added the TRICLED safety package. Recently i noticed one of my rear saddlebag leds was not working. I found out that the connections eroded. The wires are so fine the shrink over the chip did not close fully ( mine was the one that missed the silicone). I talked to them today and they are immediately replacing both rear light. Thanks. I might suggest to all you guys to check both ends of any heat shrunk protectors and add a little sealant to insure weather proofing if they are possibly exposed. There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

They are a great company with excellent customer service!
At Spyderfest, I had them install turn signal indicators on my mirrors. A couple of hours later, I noticed that the last three LEDs on the end of the right indicator would occasionally kind of dimly twinkle when lit. I attempted to show the tech who installed it, but they worked perfectly while he was watching. Without hesitation he said, "I'm gonna install a new one for you." He did and it has worked perfectly. Excellent service with an excellent attitude. Good People.
