In 2015 I bought a 2013 RTL with many of the Farkles that I wanted to add anyway, like the white, yellow and red fender lights. On the way to Spyderfest 2018 the left front RED fender light cover came off. I stopped at TricLED while at the event and told Cindy that the byke came with the lights and I think that they were hers, but the previous owner had them installed and I wanted to get a new light. She was booked solid on installations but said that she would give me a new light at NO CHARGE.
I took it home to Ohio and tried to install it but could not get it to work. I called Cindy and we scheduled a day to visit Reggie in Dublin, Ohio at their shop. He took the light off and discovered that the original lights were from a competitor, but he rewired the entire fender and got the lights going. Wow, great service, they gave me a new light and fixed other issues there as well.
As I was leaving, Reggie noticed that my bump skid lights were not as bright as they should be, also someone else's product, so he rewired that as well. Double WOW, on such great service.
Service is one thing, product performance is another. Look at the pictures below, believe me all the lights are lit. The right fender has the "Other Guy" light and the left fender is the TricLED light. You tell me which is better. Also, keep in mind that the TricLED light set is also a reflector and the others are NOT. TricLED RULES!!!! :firstplace:
Did I mention that Reggie charged me ZERO, ZIP, ZILCH for the repairs?
