TricLED does it again!

Recently installed their new Vader Wings turn signal/running lights on my RT and one of them was fluctuating. I emailed them to find a solution and they responded very quickly with an answer for me to check connections. Haven’t had a chance to check yet but I also did an order and they’ve added another LED strip to replace (if necessary) so I can replace the strip if it’s bad.

I am located in Europe and I can only second everything that has been said above.
I never had any issue and always got outstanding support and response from them.

I know it's an old thread; but giving a shout out for TricLED's customer service.

Short version: Contacted them for technical support on something I might be able to fix myself. They took it upon themselves to send me replacement parts instead.

Incredible customer support! They can expect me to continue purchasing from them.

Even though I had to go through slingmods for support, when I was installing my afterburner led light strips there was a bad strip.

They sent me out a replacement strip with no hassle.

My only gripe would be is that you have to be very delicate with handling the wires during the install, if they didn't use such thin connecting wires like they did on the afterburner they wouldn't have as many problems to support.

Otherwise I am very happy with the product and support.
