I have to TOTALLY :2thumbs: agree with your comment, if only to get Steve in an uproar! (JK, Steve...love you too!):thumbup: We have always had wonderful service from Reggie...he goes "above & beyond" in customer service. We are still waiting to hear from another :cus: vendor about a problem with his product, weeks after Erags emailed him.
