• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well here is a little story. I did not particularly think these TricFenderZ looked very impressive and to be perfectly honest, looked kind of cheesy in the photos.

But like any good husband that listens to his wife, as we took delivery of our RT-S two weeks ago she mentioned these are the lights she wants first.

Come to find out our dealer Clem's Enumclaw Powersports now carries a lot of TricPlate's items for the Spyders :bowdown:

So I bought a set. Well it took me a week to ***wink wink*** "Find the time" to mount them this last Friday.

Well All I can say is wow. The photos I have seen of these so far show no real life resemblance of these bad-boys. They are gorgeous. They can be seen farther down the road than I thought (Followed the wife for 45 miles yesterday to take our RT-S in for service) in the daylight and night.

We put about 300 miles on the RT-S On Friday and Saturday (Trying out the new MAD MAPs for our 660) and had a blast.

These lights are worth the $$ and are a welcomed addition to our bike. I am pleased to say my assumptions of these was wrong.

So if you are on the fence, not to worry. Once on your bike the fears will go away :2thumbs::doorag::spyder2:

They are ugly...your initial thought was right (they always say to go with your gut feeling)...

Just kiddin'...they look great!

Have had them on my RT S for some time now. Always get good comments on them. Now you'll need to get her a set of Glo Ryders:roflblack::shemademe_smilie:

I put a set on my RT this winter. They do look good. The groove in the fenders makes it look like it belongs there.

:congrats::agree:I love mine. Before running a single color check the laws. Look at the brake tailight as well. Excellent comments on both.
One question that was asked, How did you mange to cut the fender to put those front ones in. I had to tell the truth.

Good advice. I went with the Red rear/White top and front to not have any issues where we drive (West Coast States)

What do you mean by cut the fender and tell the truth? :dontknow:

These required ZERO cutting of anything. They have 3m double sided tape on them and the wires tuck very nicely in under the front fender tip light... Removed both front rims so I had easy assess to the wires and clips... Used the supplied wire taps and bingo... All done :2thumbs:

I've got the full amber units on my silver RT and I love them! I get compliments on them wherever I go. :2thumbs:

:2thumbs: I have these as well as several other products from Reggy and couldn't agree more. I have been very pleased with their quality, ease of installation and service both before and after the sale.:clap::clap:

It's a joke.

Not to pull a full-on hijack here but... Somebody else here is looking for a piece of fender trim (Chrome) that fits in that channel... I don't recall ever seeing anything like that... doe it exist??

Of course our bikes are postively covered with TricLeds... But I'm glad you like them. :) :2thumbs::clap:

I changed my single colored Fenderz to the red/white like you have. I LOVE them!

And, you're right. There's not a pic out there that does them justice.

Reg will be glad to hear this!

The only thing better then the Tricleds is the SERVICE Reggy provides absolutely the best customer service i've come accross:firstplace::clap::clap:.
