Second picture is of my son - United States Air Force SRA James A Hansen. Picture taken during graduation weekend at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. He was killed 15 Sept 2010 while deployed to Joint Base Balad, Iraq.

Spyderlovers Veterans

I don't know how to post pictures. I served in Army Combat Engineers 1960 to 1962 in MDW (Military District of Washington) during the Berlin crises. Personally met President Ike and President Kennedy. Wouldn't take a million dollars for the memories.

I wasn't sure how many SpyderLovers would be willing to contribute and I was overwhelmed by the amount of contributors and pictures submitted. I know the original deadline for submission was by midnight on 10 Nov 2012; however, in order to keep the tribute slideshow to a respectable amount of time, I won't be able to add any additional material at this time. I'm truly sorry if you had planned to contribute to tribute; however, please continue to share your photos, stories, and information on this thread! We would love to see them!! I'm wrapping up the Veterans Tribute Slideshow and will post it as soon as it is completed.
