• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Greetings all - just heard that Triangle Cycles (in Durham, NC) is doing an "open house" of sorts on Friday 2/8 from 5:30p - 8:30p. They will have at least one ST in the building and possibly more. I am planning on attending and would love to see some other Spyder friendly faces there!! Feel free to private message me if you want more details.

I also spoke with the General Manager a few weeks ago and they are planning on doing several rides focused on serving the Spyder community. One sometime in March and then they are trying to get a huge Spyder turn out for their "Ride for Kids" in May!

Thought I'd post some pics of the event...

Was able to see a few friendly faces at the Triangle Cycles and met a few new great folks! Here are some pics (some not so great)

They had another ST out front, one 2012 RT (offering a significant discount through Feb) and a 2012 RT Orbital Blue (again a good size discount).

Attendance was fairly low but I was excited to see Triangle Cycles making a push to promote the Spyder. The owner was at the event and he mentioned they want to help build the community in the area so hopefully they will host some events.

(I need to learn to take better pictures with my iPhone!)
