I found a new Transformers toy today at Walmart.:ani29: These are probably available at most toy retailers. They transform," Bond style" into fighting machines loaded with weapons.

hhhhuuummmm very very cool! Actually this may not be to far off. From what I know in the second transform there was going to be a spyder transformer, but the cost was in the millions and BRP choose not to spend the money, so this could be a one of the designs an artist was working on.....and I want one!!! way cool and awesome find man.

Aw man, ya beat me to it! I saw one of these just this morning and was going to post about it.

Unfortunately, they don't transform into robots. The packaging has a picture of what the robot mode is supposed to be, but the toy itself is only a vehicle that pops out weapons. It does, however, pop out a BUNCH of weapons. With that many guns, there was no place to hid a robot!

Got one today at the Walmart in Siloam Springs, Arkansas (on border with Oklahoma).

Pssst- don't tell my wife, I am still unemployed and this was an impulse buy.

Obviously patterned after the BRP product, but not licensed or marked in any way as a Spyder. A bigger version of the Hot Wheels design. Pretty neat and at this price, the Grandsons can play with them.
