Have any you purchased a trailer to transport your Spyder or other Can-Am model? Any recommendations?

I bought an Aluma trailer. They are made in the Midwest and I have not found a better constructed one. They make many models, I bought their trike version for my previous ride but the F3 will fit as well..... I think the trailer weight is only about 500 lbs and they have great suspension....

Just picked up my new/used trailer today from a member on here. Configured to carry two spyders, or my Jeep, or spyder and RT-622, or Can Am Maverick. Maybe the Maverick and Spyder at the same time.

Trailer

Aeroshots can you tell us the make and size of your new trailer? It looks great. I also need one that can carry 2 spyders or one ranger. Thanks Bob

Thanks for the suggestions! The Aluma Trailer looks like a good option.

These are the models I am considering:

I was considering the MC210, but I think it is meant for 2 2-wheel motorcycles side by side. I'm not sure how it would work with the Spyder.

Did you buy yours from a local dealer? How much was your Trike trailer?

I was also considering one of these:

But they cost ~$4000-$5000!

Does the Superclamp install into an Aluma trailer?

I have the tk1 and I think the cost was about 2500it is about 4 in wider than the F3 but since there are no side rails, there are no issues about scratching while loading or unloading.

it comes with a removable wheel stop for a MC and a nice storage area up front and the nose is enclosed to block wind and road debris.

Sure thing.

It was extended by one foot, so it is 19' not 18' like in the above link, and tiedowns were placed in specific locations for the spyders. The previous owner did a great job having it modified for the two spyders to include 3 onboard loading ramps.

I just bought a 6x10 Aluma trailer for my RT. Very well built wit a folding ramp. No issues and no bottoming out. A bit pricey 2500 but worth it to me.

i just got the 8 by 10 fram store spaceial, for 12 oo dollars works grate but i :thumbup:use a set of ramps to bring it up enough to keep it from dragging the front.:chat:

I bought the UT10 and quite satisfied. Nice storage box and very well built. Full size tires also.

The build quality on the Aluma trailers is top notch! They pull great and the finest thing is their weight. I think my TK1 only weighs 530lbs so you aren't adding a ton of weight on your tow vehicle.
