There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Trailer Dimension Help Needed

OK guys, need some help figuring if I can make a situation work. We currently have a 2011 RT-S SE5 that my wife rides and I have a Road King. If I'm honest with myself, I really like riding the Spyder better. I'm also much more comfortable tying down the Spyder in our toyhauler. No need for a chock and no worry's about it falling over if something goes wrong. So, I just found a used 14 RT-S SE6 Limited for the right number. My question is about loading the two in my toyhauler RV. I have a 14' garage so the only way it would work is to drive one on and back the second one in. The million dollar question is, if the two are backed up to each other in this configuration, would they fit in a 14' trailer garage that is approximately 8 feet wide? Any thoughts would be appreciated...

Use your Harbor Freight ATV jack to rotate each RT slightly, and they should fit. Remember, that's 2,000 pounds you just added behind the axel.. make sure that doesn't do anything nasty to your weight & balance...

Yep, we have 2500 capacity back there and have had two 1000lb atv's on board without issue. So, you're thinking it would fit ok? Good deal. I know when I loaded the Spyder and my FLHR in my old RV that only had a 10 foot garage I had to pull the back end of the Spyder towards the sidewall a bit to make it work. Your thinking something similar will be necessary with each Spyder in a two Spyder configuration?

Yes - the ATV jack makes positioning easy. To give yourself some comfort, draw your trailer interior dimensions to scale, and cut a couple of paper RTs to scale. You can see what you'll need to do to get them to fit.

The problem with most THs is that there's "stuff" on the sides - fold up beds, or benches, etc. That eats up your wiggle room.

HEY, don't be messin with his wiggle room.

You could always use masking tape on your driveway and see how it fits.

The only thing I have on the sides are the tracks for the happijack beds that go straight up so the narrowest part of the garage is about 96". Thanks much for the thoughts...

I tried this last fall but only had one Spyder to play with. My fear is buying the second and then finding out they won't fit.

tape off the driveway, put the spyder in, mark off where it goes and then use the same spyder to see if it fits in the remaining space. :chat:

Better try backing current Spyder into your toy hauler... I can drive right in forward. When I try backing in I always go slow and end up spinning rear wheel and can't get up the ramp.
I do have a winch but two won't fit with the washer in our 14 ft garage.

The opening will work and yes, I understand the fun of backing one in! I also have a Warn cordless winch that could help in that capacity. I too have a washing machine but it will sit all the way to the right and is only 24" wide. So, with the Spyder being 63" wide up front I have room for it.
