• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Toy Hauler

I have been looking at the 15' Blast and will be using a
F-150 w/ triton V-8 engine

-Was wondering if anyone had any issues getting the Spyder up the ramp?

-Also tie downs, they dont seem to be in very good places, can tie downs be added easlily enough?

steep wet trailer ramp

I have a Carson Rebel which is very similar to your Jayco. Backing the spyder up a wet ramp when it's raining makes for a interesting ride. For traction I screwed a strip of expanded metal approx. 18" wide to the center of the ramp. Works great. Added a tie down in the middle of the floor in the front of the trailer for securing the rear tire. There are 2 OEM tie downs in the floor in the rear corners for the front wheels.

If the ramp is like mine on my Jayco you will not have any problems with the steepness or traction. The ramp should already be coated with a sandy grit.
