• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Touring Model

The true scoop from my contacts in BRP!

Obtained after two bottles of Crown Royal, info in two MAJOR changes in the 2010 models that will RADICALLY improve owner’s satisfaction:

1) Recalibrate the temperature indicator to reduce one bar! Based on the research of an independent scientist in Tennessee:

The new model will show 3 bars when it used to be 4, 4 when it used to be 5 and so on. Driver’s peace of mind will improve immediately!

2) Recalibrate the fuel tank indicator to increase one bar! The indicator will show half tank when you actually have half tank, and empty when you actually need gas!. This will increase the effective range of the Spyder by 30-45 miles!

BRP accountants are still trying to price these modifications but my buddies promised that would not exceed one thousand dollars!

OK I'll say before you do...:crackpipe:

I couldn't help myself.....

this could be done with a software/firmware upgrade as they're programmable issues...
