Last year at SITS I met Reggy and he had a Touratech clamp on, locking Windshield extension/spoiler.

I ordered the one size fits all, based on it's width.

It was $139 but I didn't mind the price if it solves my issues with wind noise or buffeting.
This one would have been a good match too as it has bends, but is slightly smaller.

The other reason I went with this is that I didn't want to buy any of the cheaper solutions I found - not just yet anyway. The others I found either stick on, or you drill holes in your shield.
I didn't want to drill holes as if you screw it up or don't get it just right, the holes have a tendency to spider web on you over time. This Touratech extension allows me to see if a taller shield will do the trick. If it works, I may just go for a more long term solution that would require drilling.
Anyway... Haven't ridden with it yet as the Spyder is torn apart for some other upgrades. I shot the video below to give you a good idea on the scale of the thing and how it works.
