• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tornado in CT.....

I had no clue - supposedly we felt the one in Canada yesterday.

Today we just had a very fast band of thunderstorms go back - that was bad but only took about 15 minutes. Sun is out now and it's still hot and steamy outside. Glad I'm in A/C!:2thumbs:

Yeah and I never knew it! I had no idea until after HDX left my desk. Spoke w/ him shortly after and he's talking about some tornado. I was like, Bull sh*t - and then went on the news and saw that. Also a bunch of planes got tipped over at the local airport. Lots of people w/out power. Weird weather for sure! We are fine here at home - no damage whatsoever.

the smartest person in CT inboxed me, and bridgeport was hit pretty hard.

have a look see.. http://www.ctpost.com/

Is HDX your secretary now.......................:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

LOL! He stops by my desk before he goes to work and then I'll stop by and sometimes bring him a coffee around 5 but I didn't today - I had open toe platform shoes on and that's not allowed out in the shop and it was too hot in there today.

It wasn,t much compared to the Tornado,s in the heartland!
It was a F`1 Microburst 100 yards wide by .15 miles duration.
Thats like a National Emergency for our weathermen in Connecticut~!:yikes:
Nothing like the Long and Wide track Storms that demolish whole towns and ramble for miles on end.
