There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Top Case Molded Inside Liner - anyone have one?

Hi folks,

I've got a little bit of money left over in my "Spyder Farkle Fund" and I've been looking and searching for information about the rear cargo liner Can Am sells. There's not a lot of opinions or reviews that I can find about it. I've searched the forums, but not much has came up.

I think I would like it, it would make the rear cargo area match the front cargo area and give it that "finished" look.

Does anyone have/have seen this liner? How does it look? Does it line the entire rear cargo area or just part of it? I'm guessing it's pretty easy to install...I'm guessing it just basically drops in the hole.

Here's the BRP link for it:

Any feedback would be great.

Thanks,

David

I installed one on my 2013 RT-S. Not hard to install but takes a little tugging here and there. Gives the trunk a more finished look and gives protection to things stored inside

Love it

i have one. 2010 RTS. I agree, it took some maneuvering, but stays in place now. I love it.

Hopnel makes saddlebag lines (duffle bags that are shaped just like the saddlebags) and a 2-part trunk liner (little bag sits on bottom of trunk, larger one on top). They are relatively cheap - $20ish for the saddlebags and about $25 for the trunk set (from www.jpcycles.com).

They solve the problems of things falling out of the saddlebags when they open, and the wasted space in the large but poorly shaped trunk.

Previously I lost items in the trunk, had tools in the left saddlebag and riding clothes in the left. Now my tools fit in the small trunk bag on the bottom, my right saddlebag is empty, all my winter clothes (expect my jacket) and rain clothes fit in the right bag, and other stuff in the top trunk bag.

I agree with everyone that likes theirs, I put one in my 14 and love the look of it, yes it does make it look more finish. Try looking on E-bay, that is were I got mine at a good cost.

Go for it

The top case liner adds a nice finished look. I used flat black paint on fender washers and put these on the t-30 screws that hold the seat back on by removing them one at a time. This looks nice and holds the liner in place.
