• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Woke up at 5:07 am for no real reason. Came downstairs to get ready:
1) eggwhites, and oatmeal for breakfast, with :coffee: of course.
2) Got out new dress clothes and ironed them, and polished dress shoes
3) researched Chobani company history
4) researched avg slaries for the position I am applying for
5) wrote out a list of questions they might ask, in order to prepare thoughtful appropriate answers
6) Currently studying questions mentioned above and trying to come up with questions for them

Today @ 4:30 pm I have my interview. If I get it right this could be my first step toward retiring from a great, local, company. If anybody has any glood interview tips I would really appreciate them.

Wish me luck!!

It's been so long since I've been interviewed. Dress conservativly, don't forget to smile. As Roger said, try not to overthink a question. Be honest, if you don't have an answer don't try to wing it, just say you don't know but you will find out. Know the company but don't show off. Be brief on your answers. Hope this helps and pulling for you. Sounds like a good place to work. I know they have good yogurt.

Be on time; have trimmed fingernails with no dirt under them; and be sure your fly's zipped. And whatever today's outcome is, send the interviewer a "thank you" note. Good luck.

And whatever you do: Don't try to imagine what the interviewer would look like naked!
 Oops! Did I just say that??

:roflblack: :roflblack: :roflblack: :joke:

By the time I reply, 4:16 your time--you are already getting ready for the hot seat. Wishing you luck.

:agree: on all good advice before me and I can add, ACT and BE what they are looking for and I'm sure you'll get the job.

Relax..!!

Don't know time zone it may be over if not relax and don't say more than you need to. Short and to the point. Save elaborations for the coffee room....:2thumbs:

All is well!!

Interview took 90 minutes, things went very well. They were impressed with my answers to their questions, and even more impressed with my questions for them. I should hear from them within a couple days. So now the wait begins..................:banghead:
