• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That I get a new left hip!:yes::yes: Pain, pain, go away, don't come back another day.:lecturef_smilie::lecturef_smilie:

:congrats: Here's to hoping that the surgery goes smoothly, and the recovery goes better than you ever thought possible!

Good luck. Good friend of ours just had a double hip replacement a couple months ago. 2 hips in 3 days. Home in 5 days. He's very happy he had em done.

Best of luck with the surgery.

A friend had his hip done and the next day he drove his truck over to get the pain pills. Not really recommended but it shows how fast some recover.

Oh, and take it easy for the first few days until the internal anesthesia they use in the wound wears off or it will be a shock when it really starts hurting if you over do it.

You'll be back on the Spyder in no time.

Pretty sure you will...

... do just fine. A friend had double hips surgery about 10 days apart and he is very active, playing golf on the GolfChannel AM tour, working out, and has had zero issues. He turned 66 on the 12th. Praying that it goes as well for you!

I learned something today on here. I've only ever seen bilateral hips done at the same time. But, I found there are reasons for sequential bilateral hip replacements within the same hospital stay. Good luck with your surgery tomorrow.

Alrighty then...

Thoughts and 's go with you and especially for a good and fast recovery...

Thank you all for your kind thoughts. Leaving for the hospital in about an hour, and I will take all of them with me.
