• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Titles can trip readers up!

Many members here use Tapatalk on their phone or tablet to read and respond to posts. Unfortunately TT does not display titles of posts after the original post and sometimes that can trip readers up. For example, this thread is a for sale for a hitch: http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/...itch-2010-2012&p=1240217&posted=1#post1240217. The title of post #8 is Sold! and is dated August 5, 2016. However, the seller did not say it was sold in the body of the post. Only the word Thanks. Today, a member using Tapatalk made an offer for the hitch. Obviously he did not know it had been sold since the body of post #8 did not say that, and he could not see the title.

So, everyone please be considerate of those using Tapatalk and repeat the gist of the post title in the body of the post. Remember, not everyone sees the titles of individual posts.

Thank you.

Soo correct & Taptalk is handy in few ways but try not to use it 100% of time go the the sight & use it for visiting vendors on home page & few other things you just cant do on TT[emoji108]. I have to admit ive had more pictures get posted right side up thx to TT doing on the sight itself was a shot in dark what direction it would end up by time i said post.

Why not remove?

What I don't understand is why if something has sold is the ad not removed? I have looked through many ads and not until after reading several posts dose if finally say sold. I for one would rather not see a post for an item that is no longer available.
