• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tire Wear ?

Was wondering about tire wear. My right tire inside edge is wearing real fast is that normal? My dealer says that is normal just like a motorcycle, I thought it was because it was way out of alignment . With two wheels on the ground I thought the wear would be more like a car. Anyone have any input??:yikes:

Wear should be even. Check tire pressure , be sure front shocks are correct. Do have any vibration or handling issues?

Sounds like you could benefit from a laser alignment. The list of ROLO dealers and independents can be found at spydercomfort.com/dealers

Our 11 RT did the same--

The first two sets of OEM tires on the front had the same inside edge of right front tire wear pattern and were replaced early as a consequence. Wish we hadn't waited till this year to get the Laser Alignment. (we had a great opportunity in Durango and glad we did). We had raised the shock settings, have a sway bar installed and run about 18-19 psi in the fronts. It still continued to wear abnormally.

Precisyon Alignment set us straight in June and we have since put on about 10,000 miles and the new Michelin Defenders are running smooth and straight and I hope will be the last set of front tires we put on this RT

What..!!

I would look at that dealer with a clinical eye...tires even on motorcycles should wear evenly if all is set up right. Now..!! If you only make left hand turns there tends to be wear to one side..:roflblack::roflblack: So...balance, air pressure and alignment should be considered first...

:agree: When an unusual condition is described as "normal'; you need to look at the source of that response carefully...
