• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. I am riding Route 66. I am going to need to replace the rear tire when I get to California, Does anyone have a dealer they would recommend? I have time to order a Tire Rack tire to be shipped. :doorag:

Depends....

Where in California you will be going. Lots of dealers here but it will depend on weather they will install the tire you chose....:dontknow:

In Northern Cali I highly recommend Elk Grove Powersports. If you call ahead and make an appt they will work with you to get it done while you wait. I drove the 1.5 hours there to get a laser alignment, which they did while I waited....

Southern California dealer tire replacement

I will be in Santa Monica / Burbank area. I would like to get a Kuhmo 225 50R15 mounted on the rear of a 2008 Can-Am Spyder RS SM5.
Do you know of a dealer that will mount the tire? Thanks :doorag:

Take your tire and rim to "america's tire (discount tire) tell them its for a Bradley kit car and they will mount if for you for less than $ 20.00. What do you need a steeler for???

I'm not the OP, but I can guess he will need someone with a means of lifting the bike and the requisite tools for taking the tire off, etc. He is riding Route 66 and is trying to plan out a place to stop and have it done.
