• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just a question or two more Manual says to discard the two bolts you take off the brake caliper is this needed if so fine just need to know if I need to go get them before I start also bike has 10k on it should I be needing brakes never seen a new one so I have no comparison knowledge

Choices choices

It's a safety thing with manufacturers. It's not that the bolts are bad but if there is a brake issue it can be alledged that the bolts were reused. I garantee they are not replaced in the shop unless they are found to be damaged in anyway....

I do the same as Bob. Clean, inspect, loctite, re-install. Never an issue.

I did the same loctite then re-install. I replaced the brake pad also didn't need it they were still good, but with almost 13,000 miles I didn't know if the last until the next tire change.
