• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does anyone have tint on there spyder windshield, I have a 2015 sts special series and look over the shield so I was thinking of getting shield tinted, will it stay on or peel off in a while

the biggest problem is film on plastic tinting will not have the look
or durability of film on glass, because of the relative imperfection
of your plastic shield.

I know it's more money, but the tinted plexi shield would be better.

I painted the back of an extra RS windshield with black fusion paint a few years ago. Its held up great and still looks like day 1.

I have a cut stock shield that I plan on tinting this spring. I am going to use the spray on tint. I have used it on a V-Stream shield form my M109 and it worked great.

When using film, be careful to get appropriate translucent film for polycarbonate. The stock windshield is polycarbonate and off-gases, thus non-compatible film will ultimately bubble after some time.

I tried to do this but the film got wrinkled and I gave up. But I got the film from Fellers.com
