• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Time flies when you're on a Spyder !

I just can't believe how much I love riding this machine.... that's when I can get my husband off of it ! On Sunday after breakfast he asked to borrow it to tour the neighbourhood ....I didn't see him again until 7pm . He went to meet his H-D buddies in Potsdam NY. Did I mention we live in Canada ?? Needless to say I will be taking the Spyder in for it's first oil change this week!

I am definitely considering adding some creature comforts like cruise control and I really need some music. I love all the ideas being posted on this forum.

(Silly question but how do I add a pic to a post? I keep being asked to link the URL where the photo is located - they're on my PC not on an online storage place like Picasa or Flickr)

Thanks
Mo

On this site, you have to use an image hosting site and link to the pictures. It doesn't have provisions for uploading photos directly from your computer. Here are some photo displaying instructions.

By the way, congrats on the new Spyder. I really hope you do upload a few photos as I would like to see your paint job. Orange and black, right?

Thanks for the info I will take a look at the instructions you provided. I took a few nice pictures and I must admit in the sun the paint job looks amazing ;). There seems to be various shades of orange - hard to describe. Pics to follow.
