4 of us rode the bikes down to Willie jewels bbq near world golf village. Food was good but a little pricey. Not as good or as good a value as woodpeckers Bbq on sr13. Enjoyed riding with my friends. no rain is good

Oddly enough, our go to barbecue has always been Bono's. From what I understand, an offshoot of Willie Jewel's or vice versa. Of course in Missouri it's Bandanna's. We are planning to come down and ride Amelia and the A1A ride through Mayport and points south. Now, I remember seeing a road, maybe off A1A or off US 17 that has a sign about tree canopy or some such, maybe to warn trucks.So, do you know of what I speak? Looks interesting.

there are 2 worth seeing

1. about 15 miles south of jax off US1 turn west at the palancia subdivision runs about 4 miles to world golf village

2. about 8 miles south of flagler beach turn west on old bridge rd. its called the loop it makes 2 left turns and ends at sr40 in ormand beach

both are worth the trip
