Thunk

My spyder makes a loud "thunk" sound when I take hard right turns.
Anyone else have this problem?

Do you feel a catch in the steering when you do this? If so be careful because that is one of the symptoms of the dreaded power steering problem.

Before you take it out again, i would jack up the front end and check for play in the front wheels and do a visual on the shocks. Make sure the spring adjusters are seated properly and at the same setting, look for a blown bushing. Check tire inflation. Get all the basic stuff elininated. If all that is ok, then you might be looking at power sterring issues. Hope not.

I feel it alittle.
I have penske shocks

kinda like a click I feel, the sound is a louder clunk.
