• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ATTENTION RT OWNERS: Word from Marina Boats & Powersports service manager that there is a new bulletin that came out this morning regarding a computer update for the RT as it relates to the throttle body. This might be great news for some of you out there experiencing Throttle Body Problems. :dontknow:

throttle body

I read this and called my dealer (have a 2012 RT Ltd and had to have new throttle body installed with 300 miles on unit) My service manage...who is a terrific guy and very knowledgeable checked and sure enough there is a new computer upgrade available. He said I could bring Ol' Spyke by next week for the upgrade. Thanks so much for sharing the data!

Thanks for posting this! :2thumbs:
Lamonster put it up on the pegboard a bit earlier, but it never hurts to make sure that it's gonna be seen...

Thanks for the info. Spyder is going in for some scheduled maintenance next week so I will call and get them to put this on the list as well.

Be Safe All and Happy Easter

I took my 010 RT in today for warranty work. One of the problem is sometimes when I start she won't rev over 4000 rpm's doesn't flip any codes. Just won't rev up. Sometimes I can shut it off wait a minute and start it and it's OK and sometimes it's not. Get it fixed before Spyder Fest. I'm not the type of guy that likes stopping for gas and can't get started.:banghead:
