• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Three wheeled mutant trike

We've already seen in other applications that the existing V can put out more power. That's what many of us RS/RS-S owners want. I don't want the heavier triple. I want NO more weight added to my RS-S..I want less. Give me the extra power from the V and shave some weight.
i'll second that!!!:clap::clap:

So you do not believe in turbos?
The replacement for displacement is increasing the volume of air, so that you can increase the amount of fuel.

Just sayin'............

I do believe in turbo's, but the engine/bike packaging makes this a challenge; where do you put the turbo? I think you are probably looking at under the bike where the catalytic converter is. I would say that isn't the best location for the turbo because it would be sitting low in the chasis (IMHO) and the distance would be a bit long from the head.

A superior option (IMHO) would be to install a nitrous oxide kit. You could put the bottle in the frunk and route the fuel/NO lines without too much trouble. I think adding the injectors are not too difficult either. You will need a different fuel and ignition controller, but there are options out there to have a dual mode system. You should have one riding mode with no NOS and then be able to flip the switch and instantly add another 25% power with NOS,extra fuel. The additional weight might still push 20-25lbs. You could make it less by using a smaller NOS bottle.

So, working out a NOS kit should be within the skill set of some of the riders out there where as the turbo addition would be a lot tougher and expensive. I am also sure you would have a good chance that others might buy the NOS kit you pull together.
