While cruising St.Pete beach on this beautiful day. The wife and I saw and passed a Spyder rider going in the other direction. Wife and I both looked and waved.
Total shock no response. Knew the person saw us too. The other riders we saw were all Pleasant. Oh Well.

There are times when waving just doesn't work. I have missed acknowledgments because of eyeballing a car or truck that may be in my field of vision. I may have felt bad about it, but not getting in a wreck was more important. :f_spider:

Don't fret it. I cant always acknowledge a wave either because other tasks may be at hand. That may have been the situation. :yes:

Lots of times: I'm just into the music that's playing. If the music's right: I might not even notice if the Swedish Bikini Team was waving at me!

did you do the spyder wave ? { arm up at shoulder height , palm facing oncoming biker , fingers at a sharp down ward toward the front position , as though it were the shape of the spyder front end ? or if you have the newer spyder , I guess fist out front like a punch too the wind , like the new grills :thumbup: .... do not know if these work though , but they have imagination ! they might have had a bad day going for them do not sweat it ! and just have fun for yourself !

It's not like you're driving a Jeep, where every jeep driver is required to wave to every other jeep driver. We Spyder riders have a choice to wave or not....hyea: Sometimes it's not feasible
