Yep, I'd beat him senseless.

Buddy's of mine had one of those air horn in a can, and when another friend who was a truck driver was sleeping, he blasted the horn as the other shined a flashlight in his eyes. I wasn't there to see the effects, but from what I hear he wasn't amused.
