• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

THIS IS DISGUSTING!!

I'm going to have to curb my gutter-mouth a little bit better... :opps:

Just read all the replies to this thread. Very interesting replies. Fact I wanted to get out was that our state level elected officials did try to stop supporting buglers at military funerals and that I found out about it from someone halfway across this country. I do watch the news almost everyday and listen to it on the radio several times a day. Also got an e-mail from a friend in Pa. yesterday saying 'he read it in their paper yesterday'.

I am and will remain disgusted about this for a long time!!

My dad passed away on 9 September we had his memorial service on 12 September we had 2 full time reserve soldiers (1 was a bugler) at no cost to our family they used an electronic device that is placed in the end of the bugle sounds great. The funeral home set all up just need branch of service and dates served

I am sorry for your loss.

This service is provided and paid for by the US government under a US Statute and is afforded every service member! who served honorably for more than 180 days.
