• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

This important, perplexing question came to me at lunch

Rogue,

Not to be sexist, but what are some female term usages?

This is something in the Girl World that some find perplexing. Girls in a group referring to themselves as a group of 'guys'. Example, a girl says, "Hey guys, lets go to the club" when talking to her female friends. From what I hear, that is a Northern thing. Southern girls don't get it.

Girls also refer to their female friend as 'girl friend' as appose to a guy talking about his significant other as his 'girlfriend'. Note the space between the words.

Thanks for making me postpone my lunch to read this
Just remember there are more than one kind of dude. There is dude, dooood, and of course dooooooooooood. Also I think the term boss came along for people like me who never can remember anyone's name.

Some of those names would shock the PC crowd these days. I wonder what fathers are calling their boys today.

That would depend on the reason they called them to start with. If the kid did something good they would be called son. If the kid is in some kind of trouble, they are called by their full name, just like it appears on their birth certificate.
