There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can I relate a story?
Prior to bringing my new Husky dog Foxy home, I had a tom cat named Scotty. He had the run of the house. When I brought Foxy in for the first time, Scotty took a flying leap and landed on Foxy's back. The look Foxy gave was truly priceless. Scotty remained the Alpha pet in the house until he passed away. From time to time, Scotty would approach Foxy and bop her right between the eyes just to let her know who was the Alpha.
When Cinnamon came on board (a replacement cat for Scotty), the opposite took place. Foxy let him know who was in charge and it remained that way until Foxy passed.
Pets are wonderful and they give us so much. :yes:
