• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've done my share of shot shell loading over the yrs, and dabbled in rifle for awhile. All that stuff is long gone. I'm going to start reloading for my 9mm and .40 cal. If you had $500 to spend, what would you get? Now this $500 has to get the press and scale, and other essential items other than the powder, primers ect. I'm not looking to pound out 1000 rounds a hr, but want something more than a single stage. Any recommendations?

Joe says Dillon Square Deal B reloader in 40 cal, which costs $379.95. The 9 mil is becoming cheap enough and plentiful enough that it isn't cost effective to reload.
 
Dillon is good equipment... and their warranty is top notch.... guaranteed for life ... the Square Deal press is for someone that does not crank out lots of rounds..
I have a 650 with case feeder & Mr Bullet Feeder... with my set up I can crank out 1200+ rounds/hr.. I shoot a lot 2000+ rounds per month...

Dillion here too. I used RCBS for years but switched to Dillion progressive for handgun loads
